The primary user group were adults with a busy scheduled. The research helped to understand the lack of key information that could help users to better optimizing their time  by learning more about the movie and it’s previous feedback

Pain Points

1. Lack of Clear Product Information:

Customers, especially vegans and allergic individuals, may struggle to find clear and detailed information about the bakery's products, including ingredients and allergen information.

2. Difficulty in Navigating and Finding Relevant Products:

Users may face challenges in navigating the website and quickly finding vegan and allergen-free options among the bakery's product offerings.

3. Complex and Confusing Checkout Process:

The existing checkout process may be cumbersome and confusing, leading to frustration and abandoned orders.

4. Inability to Select Preferred Delivery Time:

Customers may not have the option to choose their desired delivery time before proceeding to checkout, resulting in scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction.

Takeaways

What I Learned:

I learned the importance of filtering food for different group of customers, such as vegans and how it can affect their daily routine and with small details make it easier for then to get their goals as it should be for everyone else. I also learned that most of the bakery websites doesn’t pay much attention to accessibility like contrast between text and image.

Impact:

According to Jen (one of the participants in the usability study): “Now it’s easier  to find vegan options with a specific category for it”
